By accessing or using 10jobs.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
10service.app is a platform that connects homeowners with home service technicians. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the service agreement between you and the technician.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Technician Terms
Technicians must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and meet our quality standards. Lead fees are non-refundable except as described in our cancellation policy. Minimum withdrawal amount is $750.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is transparent and agreed upon before service begins. Customers may be charged a transaction fee as disclosed at checkout.
6. Limitation of Liability
10service.app provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for the quality of work performed by technicians, property damage, or any indirect damages arising from use of our platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
